  Update: they offered me $2000 refund and $900 worth of private swim class after I charge back credit card and post on social media. Changing to 3 Star.

  See my attached screenshot. My wife canceled her swim class on 7/5/2017 and according to their one month cancelation policy, her last swim class is 7/26/2017. They send us a confirmation email with all these information crystal clear written by them. And yet they continue to charge us every month for 5 months and $2930.71. When I caught them stealing money they refuse to refund me but offered 2 free lessen. I googled and found there are hundreds of similar cases. This is systematic fraud.

  I drive 20 minutes from Elizabeth to go to this gym. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, so I felt the need to level the playing field. Hands down the best gym I've ever belonged to, and the yoga classes/staff are/is straight fire! Keep up the good work!
